The third beer of the Dead Pet Series. Jolly Bonsai is a Juicy IPA named after our assistant brewer’s precious hamster, Jolly, and our bar manager’s dearest cockatiel, Bonsai. May their souls be squawking and squeaking together in unison. The Dead Pet Series consists of IPAs that are brewed in memory of our gone best friends. Brewed with Simcoe, eclipse, bru-1, and citra hops for a fruity yet earthy taste with tropical fruit aromas. Cheers to you, Jolly and Bonsai.
